Pursuits and passions

My small family in Vienna – my husband and my daughter – give me the strength and energy for the activities I find meaningful in my life. In my training courses and workshops, I am passionate about sharing my experience in the hotel industry and my knowledge about communication, and I supplement this with personal coaching and management consultancy. I balance my work with many types of sport, from galloping across the fields on horseback to cycling in the Viennese Prater and skiing in the Alps. To wind down, I love to curl up with a good book or practise deep relaxation through meditation. My loved ones and I share a passion for travelling to discover new countries and cultures and I adore sun, sand and the sea. You’ll also find me in a wetsuit and with a scuba tank, full of expectation and curiosity, exploring below the ocean’s surface.

Training, seminars, workshops, educational courses: these terms are usually – but not always – used correctly. There are very clear differences between these career development measures and yet they all have a common goal:

to develop and nurture people.
