In order to achieve sustainability in continuous training, methodology is absolutely critical.

  • For this reason, we too at diavendo put emphasis on training us again and again.
  • To integrate on the one hand, modern techniques, but also motivating brain-storming, changing group activities and practical exercises directly at your company in running business, on the video or telephone system into your training concept.
  • In our view, however, it is very important that the trainer or coach demonstrates an understanding and thus the acceptance of the uniqueness of each individual participant.
  • So we are trained to recognize the different behavioural and personality structures of humans (for example MBTI, DISC/persolog®, NLP) and also implement this into the training for the participants and company's benefit.

Our principles

  • The diavendo trainer guides participants through motivation, through specific questions and by initiating constructive discussions to self-discovery solutions.
  • By identifying the solution developed by the participants themselves, acceptance and especially the later implementation in the daily routine can be achieved.
  • The methodology provides the following concrete steps:
    1. Analysis of the initial situation / task / problem
    2. Definition of the desired situation/target
    3. Development of progressive measures / sub-goals including definition of the implementation framework
    4. Understanding of the discipline and control in the implementation as a base for further assistance
    5. Check whether the belief / understanding / identification was achieved

  • In training, it is up to the coach to encourage the participants to learn and understand. So he needs to motivate the participants to try out the contents learned and subsequently actually implement them in daily practice.

Sustainability, the really clairsentient and experiencing change among employees, is essential!

So let us talk in advance or during the concept draft about what happens after the training.
    • Who does what, how and with which tools?
    • What is the role of the coach and how can he support you?
    • What is your personal task after the seminar?

And then something else please!

  • Training has always had something to do with individuality – with the individuality of the participants, the companies, the coaches, the contents, etc.
  • For this reason, diavendo has focused on only training up to max. 12 participants with one trainer.
    • Exception: certain courses in which a limited number of participants is not crucial for the success of the event.
    • Should there be larger groups of participants joining the training, so we solve this by adding an assistant coach, so that the objectives can be still achieved.
    • Especially in training, which includes intense role playing or practice units with telephone or video-camera, training success significantly depends on smaller groups.
